Dire Wolf Digital Announce The Wheel of Time Board Game

Robert Jordan’s epic fantasy The Wheel of Time is finally on it’s way to grace board game nights. Having previously been seen in gaming circles as a Collectible Card Game (1999 by Precedence Entertainment) and as a Tabletop Roleplaying Game (2001 by Wizards of the Coast) the series has surprisingly never been the subject of a board game until now. Dire Wolf Digital, best known for their superb Dune: The Imperium and Clank! board games, have announced War of the Dragon: The Wheel of Time, a two-player board game.

Dungeons & Dragons has often been the game of choice for shows and now D&D publisher Wizards of the Coast is getting in to the act with a new actual play series called ‘Dungeon Masters’ launching on YouTube on 22nd April.
